Cancellation by the Customer

Your cancellation request should include your name, contact information, service or program details, and the reason for cancellation. Please note that cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. All payments are non-refundable once made.

In such instances, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and may offer an alternative arrangement (e.g. rescheduled date or alternative program) at our discretion. This does not create an obligation to provide a refund.
